Robert Gift

My initial thought when it comes to Robert is just, jealousy. Ever since I could remember he could draw images I could never wrap my head around or replicate "lord knows I tried". "What do you mean you can just draw any comic book character from memory?" They were almost perfect from the beginning of elementary school. As time went on, I personally can remember watching his artwork "tighten up" Murals would pop up throughout the town, it was undeniable the talent he brought and the sense of pride I felt that he was from our community representing the town. As everyone grew and life carried on, I had Robert commission two pieces for my Ex-wife and I, he recreated our engagement pictures and the pictures of our first-born son in the form of zombies. little did I know I had him hit the nail directly on the head. I still have the paintings, and I cannot bring myself to get rid of them as they mean so much to me that they are from the man that is such a legend to me in the art world as I know it.

Robert now operates as "Gift Designs" and travels America selling his artwork at Vendor markets and collaborates with a team on his creation "Manny The Mannequin" as I understand. (working on getting the correct credentials)

Robert was gracious enough to provide us with the first image for the "ERA 1: THE COLLECTIVE" expansion. I could not be happier that a piece of my "childhood envy" would be part of this project let alone the first piece I will forever be grateful for the participation in this vision.
