2. Products & Availability

We try to display product colors and details as accurately as possible but monitors and eyeballs vary. We don’t guarantee availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or limit items at any time.

• Unboxing Your Unique Pantheon Pack

Thank you for purchasing a Pantheon Pack! The excitement of opening a Pack comes from the random nature of the contents, much like collecting rare artifacts. The Artistic Touch & Quality Handmade & Unique: Every garment is crafted by hand, making each piece a unique artistic expression. Embrace Variation: Due to the handmade process, there may be slight, intentional variations in the layout, placement, or appearance of the design on the shirt. These variations are a natural part of our art and are not considered defects. Pantheon Pack Terms What is Guaranteed? Only the size of the garment you selected. What is Random? The specific design you receive. Your Pack contains 3 of our 13 unique designs, selected completely at random from our inventory and sealed (we reserve the right to add limited drops to the Pantheon Packs as we see fit). Design Preference: We do not pre-load or sort Packs based on customer preference. We cannot exchange or refund based on you not receiving a specific design or due to minor layout variations. Return Policy Acceptable Returns: We will accept returns for a full refund or exchange only if the Pantheon Pack's original shrink wrap and/or packaging remains completely intact and unopened. Final Sale: Once the Pack is opened and the seal is broken, the sale is considered final, and the item is ineligible for return or exchange. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We will only refund the original purchase price of the item, excluding the original shipping cost.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information is accurate and payment is valid.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, especially if fraud is suspected.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but you’ll be charged the price at checkout.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Shipping times are estimates, not promises.

• Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession. Translation: if your neighbor “borrows” your package, it’s between you and them.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within [15 days] if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Shipping and handling on return items will be supplied by the purchaser.

• Final sale, limited drops or personalized items are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, product images, site design) belongs to Oracle Clothing Collective. Don’t steal it, remix it, or pretend it’s yours unless you enjoy legal trouble. trademark pending

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website for spamming, hacking, scraping, or otherwise being a nuisance.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. If your hoodie doesn’t make you TikTok-famous, that’s not our fault.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah and the United States of America
