Terms and Conditions: Artist Submission & Feature Program

1. Ownership & Transfer of Rights

By submitting your artwork (the "Work") to Oracle Clothing Collective, you agree that the Work is being submitted on a "work made for hire" basis. To the extent that the Work does not qualify as a work made for hire under applicable law, you hereby assign and transfer all rights, title, and interest—including all copyrights—to Oracle Clothing Collective.

• Exclusive Usage: We shall own the exclusive rights to use, reproduce, and sell the Work globally on any product or media.

• Modifications: Oracle Clothing Collective reserves the right to modify, crop, or recolor the Work to fit our product templates and branding. You waive all "moral rights" regarding these alterations.

2. Compensation & "The Gift"

If your Work is selected for our collection:

• The Reward: You will receive one (1) custom shirt from Oracle Clothing Collective featuring your design. Shipping is included.

• No Royalties: You acknowledge that this gift constitutes full and final compensation. You will not be entitled to any royalties, commissions, or a percentage of sales generated by the Work now or in the future.

• No Obligation: Submission does not guarantee selection. Oracle Clothing Collective maintains sole discretion over which designs are produced.

3. Artist Credits & Marketing

We value the talent in our community. In exchange for the rights granted:

• Digital Attribution: Your name or social media handle will be listed on the Oracle Clothing CollectiVE website (e.g.,ARCHIVES section).

• Social Promotion: We may feature and tag you in promotional content on our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to showcase your talent to our audience.

4. Warranties & Originality

You represent and warrant that:

• The Work is 100% your original creation. It does not contain any third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters, or intellectual property.

• You will indemnify and hold harmless Oracle Clothing Collective against any legal claims, damages, or expenses resulting from a breach of this warranty.

5. Minors (Under 18)

If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian review these terms. By submitting your Work, you represent that you have obtained parental consent to enter into this agreement with Oracle Clothing Collective.

I understand that if my art is used, I will receive a custom shirt as full compensation, and no royalties or further payments will be issued. (If under 18, I confirm I have parental consent).
